We specialize in manufacturing Natural Draft and Induced Draft cooling towers in Cross Flow and Counter Flow designs. Our towers are available in both single-cell and multi-cell configurations, with no capacity limitations in multi-cell designs. For instance, we’ve successfully designed and supplied a multi-cell tower with a capacity of 9,000 m³/hr, each cell handling 2,250 m³/hr of circulating water with a 15°C range and 4°C approach.

Mechanical Draft Cooling Towers

Mechanical draft cooling towers can feature either a direct-driven or gear-driven fan, depending on the capacity of each cell.

  • Small capacity towers (approx. single-cell capacity up to 200 m³/hr, DT 15°C) typically use direct-driven fans.
  • Larger capacity towers are equipped with gear-driven fans.

We also design special-purpose cooling towers for DTs up to 50°C.

  • Treated Pine Wood: Our cooling towers are made with pine wood, chemically treated for long-lasting performance and protection against bacterial growth. For some models, we use marine-grade pressure-treated plywood for basins and certain components.
  • Chemical Treatment: All structural elements, including basin sides, louver posts, louvers, and upper panels, are chemically treated after fabrication.
  • Hot Water Distribution System: The system includes a G.I. pipe header with plastic spray nozzles, ensuring efficient distribution of hot water over the fill media.
  • Suction & Overflow System: Each cooling tower is equipped with a suction pipe, drain, overflow pipe, and a float valve for water level control.
  • Rust-Free Components: All nuts, bolts, and washers are pre-galvanized to prevent rust and extend the tower's working life.
  • Prefabricated for Easy Installation: The structural components and louvers are pre-fabricated from treated timber to exact dimensions for quick and efficient on-site assembly.
  • Galvanized Distribution System: Our towers feature a galvanized pipe distribution system with micro spray nozzles for optimal water distribution.
  • High-Efficiency PVC Fills: Double-edge folded PVC fills provide excellent heat transfer and energy efficiency.
  • Durable Structure: The tower structure is galvanized, with stainless steel fasteners for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.
